What data is processed

During normal browsing, the server receives the technical data of the request: IP address, date and time, page address, browser and device information. Without registration, educational progress is stored only in the user's browser.

When an account is created, display name, email, password hash, email confirmation and legal document acceptance information, session data, selected class, study group membership, responses, results, and learning progress are processed. The password is not stored in clear text.

Goals and reasons

The data is needed to register and protect your account, synchronize progress, restore access, operate training groups, prevent abuse, support users and enforce the User Agreement. Processing is carried out for the conclusion and execution of an agreement, with the separate consent of the user and in cases provided for by law.

The data is not used for advertising, sales, scoring or public publication.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Without logging in, the application itself does not install cookies. After logging in, only the necessary protected session cookies are applied: without them, the account does not work. When the network protection is triggered, Cloudflare may set the necessary browser verification cookie. Guest progress uses the browser's local storage; this data does not go to the server before logging in.

Cloudflare can provide traffic delivery and security. The connected Cloudflare Web Analytics performance counter does not write cookies or read local storage. Therefore, a separate pop-up request for optional cookies is not currently shown. If optional analytics or advertising appears, it will be disabled until the user selects it individually.

Storage and transfer

Accounts and educational progress are stored in the main database and encrypted backup copies. Infrastructure provider: infrastructure provider selected by the operator.

Cloudflare can be used to deliver and protect the site, and a customized email provider can be used for business emails. Cross-border transfer status: not confirmed. The transfer is carried out only to the extent necessary on the basis of an agreement with the processor and after fulfilling the mandatory legal requirements.

If a student enters a study group code themselves, the teacher assigned to that group has access to the student's name, email, class, and course statistics. This data is not visible to other students and the public part of the site. You can leave the group yourself in your account.

Deadlines and removal

Account data is stored while the account is active. The user can delete the account in its settings or send a request to the operator. Unless otherwise required by law, a work record will be deleted within 30 days. Data from isolated backups disappears on a rotation cycle no later than 93 days; such copies are not used for normal work.

User rights and protection

The user has the right to request information about processing, clarification, blocking or deletion of data, withdraw consent and appeal to Roskomnadzor or the court. To request, write from your account address to [email protected].

Access control, connection encryption, secure password hashing, logging, query limiting, backups and regular security checks are used.

Minors

Registration is intended for users over 14 years of age. A user under 18 years of age must obtain the permission of a parent, adoptive parent or guardian. Children under 14 years of age can use the open directory without an account. We deliberately do not request date of birth and documents so as not to collect unnecessary data.
